Our Management Team

A board of eight trustees, all women from within the Kurdish community, manages KMEWO. The board meets every two months in order to monitor performance, determine policy issues, and to decide on long-term strategy. In between meetings the Chair meets with the Co-ordinator to discuss and deal with operational issues.
